Process of Packing Formation

1. Cup Collection from Forming Machine

Ready-made cups are collected from the cup forming machine into stacks through transfer table

2.Feeding to Conveyor

The stacks are fed onto a feeding conveyor. The conveyor transports the stacks to the packaging area, ensuring smooth movement.

3. Insertion into Double Poly Pack

Stacks are inserted into a one-side open double poly pack through feeding conveyor.

4.Sealing the Poly Pack

The poly pack is sealed using vertical and horizontal heat sealing:Vertical Sealing: Seals the sides of the pack.Horizontal Sealing: Seals the top and bottom ends of the pack.

5. Cutting the Poly Pack

The sealed poly pack is cut using horizontal and vertical cutters:Horizontal Cutter: Cuts the pack to the correct length and separates the packet.Vertical Cutter: It cuts the end of the formed poly tube for betetr sealing.
