Glass Machine 90 Speed

Glass Making Machine is manufactured using latest technology and high tech equipment which are reliable as well as durable. This machine has two-layer system for movement of Paper fans which then wrapped around mother mold to form a cone shape. It is designed using Single Turn Plate Technology and Direct Bottom Technology which reduces wastage of paper and rotations during the process of bottom feeding, bottom knurling and top curling as well.

This machine is suitable for manufacturing both Single and Double side PE coated Glass which can be used for serving hot as well as cold drinks. Moreover, this machine has certain additional features like photoelectric sensors for paper feeding and cup counting. The whole process of glass formation is performed using Open Cam technology and self lubrication unit which helps in reducing friction among various mechanical parts of the machine.

Process of Glass Formation

Glass Machine uses single turn plate technology with direct bottom feeding. It reduces power consumption as well as paper wastage in process for glass formation. Its open cam technology increases the throughput and stability of the overall process. Moreover, this machine has some additional features which are as follows-
